Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bite Binder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

License

Boothby Lab LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bite Binder on your iOS devices in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Apple ID and iCloud account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use of the app complies with applicable laws
• The content of recipes you create or store in the app

Subscriptions and Payments

All subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service. Subscription management, including cancellations and refunds, must be handled through your Apple ID account settings. We do not have access to or control over App Store subscriptions.

iCloud Integration

Bite Binder uses iCloud to sync your recipes across your devices. This feature requires an active iCloud account and is subject to Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for any data loss or synchronization issues that may occur through iCloud.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Bite Binder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the app at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boothby Lab LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
